Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 and maximum of 75 years upon the contract's termination;


  • Maximum contract length of 7 to 10 years depending on its purpose;


  • Bank account in one's own name;


  • Portuguese citizen or foreigner with a Permanent Residence Title;


  • Tax residence in Portugal;


  • Private individuals or Sole proprietor with activity of more than 3 years;


  • Employment Contract (preferably effective);


  • No non-compliances or incidents in the Bank of Portugal’s Credit Responsibility Map;


  • Effort rate preferably below 40%.
